INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Pohl Real Estate is an EarthCraft certified builder with over 15 years of experience in real estate developer, real estate sales, build and design homes. We specialize in design and build homes that are new sustainable and renovating historic homes. Our work portfolio includes transforming older homes into retro modern bungalows, building new Scandinavian Modern homes, adding modern additions onto Craftsman Bungalows, and bear bones renovations of multi unit investment properties.

CREATING VALUE

Over the past 15 years as real estate developer , we have managed all aspects of development including acquisition, construction, design and real estate sales. We have built or renovated over 50 properties in the Atlanta and Decatur area during this time. Our experience in determining proper acquisition price, knowing what to look for during due diligence, closing the purchase, and then efficiently managing the renovation process or design and build homes will allow our customers to realize a home with high quality finishes, in the most efficient time within the established budget.

DESIGN AND BUILD

Our global travels have inspired us to incorporate unique design applications that you will not find very often in Atlanta in other real estate sales or other real estate developer. Scandinavian Modern, Mid Century, and Modern Farmhouse styles can be found in some of our more recent projects. Jutima, as a designer, will work with you to design and build homes and ensure your personal touches are realized, while keeping the project on track to complete in a timely manner.
