For the past few years, Pohl Real Estate has been working with Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership through their ANDP Homes initiative to provide single family residential homes to deserving individuals who qualify such as service workers, teachers, veterans, community workers. Our goal is to provide thoughtfully designed renovated move in ready homes in surrounding Atlanta areas as well as working though down payment assistance programs and grants to make home ownership achievable for everyone.
We live and work in the Decatur GA ourselves for over 13 years and know this community well.
