He worked over the years to build several new multi unit properties, while playing a vital role in growing his families’ business from 5 tenants to 85

Scott began his real estate career while working with his father’s company, AU Housing. AU Housing has provided affordable housing for college students since 1985. He worked over the years to build several new multi unit properties, while playing a vital role in growing his families’ business from 5 tenants to 85 tenants - with over 15 single family and multi unit properties currently included in their investment portfolio. Scott’s experience includes renovating/building over 50 homes in the past 15 years and successfully managing 85 tenants. Scott is currently managing partner of AU Housing and owns/operates Pohl Real Estate, LLC which specializes in renovating/building new sustainable homes and providing affordable rental housing to lower income households.

Jutima began her corporate career in brands and marketing with Coca-Cola in Atlanta and New York City. While traveling in Asia, she co-founded Samahita Retreat in 2003 - a 60 room boutique wellness resort in Koh Samui, Thailand. When she relocated back to Atlanta, she designed various home renovations and new construction. Creative design has always been her natural instinct. Creating space for people to live, work, relax or vacation has always been a passion throughout all of her projects. Her design consulting company operates under JCP Homes LLC and works with Scott on their residential projects for Pohl Real Estate.
While Pohl Real Estate is our buying and selling part of our business, Pohl Design Build is where we bring our creativity and inspiration into each home. Every home has a story to tell and we have the opportunity to tell it through our work.
